We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner for
a rural health clinic in eastern Georgia. Will consider an experienced
provider or new graduate. Other provider on site. Schedule will be M-F,
8a – 5:30p. No call and no weekends. Lots of Autonomy. Anticipated patient
volume will be 20/day to start. Compensation will be $83 – 115k with a
comprehensive benefit plan including 4 wks PTO, malpractice, health insurance,

only. New Facility, with other providers on site. Schedule will be M-F,

volume will be 20-25/day to start. Compensation will be $120 -170K+ with

S.W. Michigan – Family Practice
We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner for
a family practice opportunity in SW Michigan. Setting will be a rural health
clinic. Two physicians and one PA currently on site. Facilities are quite
nice, modern and spacious including 2 procedure rooms. Will consider an
experienced provider or new graduate. High level of autonomy of desired.
Schedule will be a choice of 4-10 hr. days or 5 – 8 hr days to include
1 evening/wk. No weekends but some light call (from your own patients).
Anticipated patient volume will be 20-25/day. Compensation will be $75-90k
plus incentives (potential $10k+) could put this package in the $100k+
range for a very strong provider. Comprehensive benefit package including
7 wks vacation, malpractice, health insurance, fees and dues allowance,
retirement and 1 wk paid CME. Relocation assistance and separate sign-on
bonus. This is a cozy and scenic area, mixture of flat lands and hills,
woods and open land. Reasonable cost of living, amenities, good schools,
rich in history with a very warm atmosphere…. a good place to call home.
