We are currently searching for a Psychiatric Nurse
Practitioner for a Multispecialty Clinic in southern Missouri.
Must be Psych Certified (family or adult). Will consider an experienced
provider only. Mostly outpatient work including med management and
therapy. Schedule will be M-F, 8a-5p (flexible). No call, no weekends.
High level of autonomy. Compensation will be $100-140k+.
Comprehensive benefit package including 4 weeks vacation, malpractice,
health insurance, retirement and 1 week CME. Very generous relocation
allowance and possible sign-bonus. Additionally: This position offers
guaranteed Federal Loan Repayment Assistance with a high HPSA score
(requires 2 year commitment). The cash value of this benefit is $50k. These

* Assist patients in establishing a primary care provider in the community
if one is not already established.
* Maintains current knowledge of laws and professional standards governing
nursing practice.
* Observes federal regulations, standards, and guidelines to include
the OSHA bloodborne pathogen program.
* Provides consultation regarding health issues in a collaborative
manner at the industrial site as well as in the community.
* Maintains health records on employees, spouses and dependents seen
in the OnSite Health clinic.
* Assists in preparing required reports for fiscal and professional
accountability
* Attends staff meetings as scheduled. Maintains proficiency in the
field of nursing by attending conferences, and review of current literature.
